FRCI is a recognised Training Organisation and was established in
1992, with the objective of providing for the benefit of the inhabitants of Co. Fermanagh in an effort to alleviate poverty.

FRCI is committed to addressing the issue of long-term unemployment and to developing a well-trained, motivated workforce with a strong work ethic.

We are providing quality and affordable vocational and academic education for the people of Fermanagh. We currently have students on courses ranging from basic literacy, numeracy, IT, Administration, Childcare, Health and Safety to Job search.

These people are made up of: those who are thinking about a career change or promotion, those looking to improve their Maths or English, those who just want to understand their children’s homework or employers interested in their staff development.

MISSION STATEMENT

…to promote a charitable organisation to provide for the inhabitants of Co Fermanagh and surrounding counties without distinction by association with statutory authorities, industry, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort for the relief of unemployment.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  1. To deliver department for employment and learning -
    Training/Employment programmes for the long-term unemployed.
  2. To promote training/educational opportunities for the unemployed.
  3. To promote, provide practical assistance to, and support community based work.
  4. To deliver, in a courteous and friendly manner, quality provision to our service users.
